• I improve the customer journey through data-led UX/UI decisions, balancing usability, accessibility, performance and commercial objectives.
• I use A/B testing and customer behaviour data to validate ideas and make evidence-led decisions.
• I improve Scan's technical search foundations while developing its visibility across traditional and AI-powered search.
• I work with departments across the business to identify and implement practical uses of AI that improve workflows, efficiency and productivity.
